A Day at the Driving Range

On one of the days of Easter vacation I took Aidan and Jordan to the driving range. They had a spectacular time. Aidan almost hit a guy on the par 3 field and Jordan pegged the cart of the ball picker-upper. What amazing drivers these guys were!

Family Shots!

On the day of Aidan's last basketball game, Rob's side of the family came to watch the game. Bob and Kelly were out of town, or else the whole crew would have been there. These are some of the pictures of cousins having fun.

Buckeyes Basketball

Aidan was lucky enough to play basketball with his cousins this year and to top it off, his uncle was the coach. While they had a lot of fun, they only won about half of their games. Aidan was the tallest on the team and had a good season overall. He is certainly quite an athlete and I really enjoy watching him at his best.

Navy Concessions

So, the last two months or so I have taken on another job. I have been working at the Navy Basketball games selling hot dogs, candy, and soda. Aidan's team is going to Myrtle Beach and it includes a hefty price tag, so the parents are doing all we can to bring down the price. While wrapping and selling hot dogs is not going to turn into a career, it has been somewhat fun getting to know the other players' parents. The busiest night was $1 night. All items were $1. It is amazing how much people buy/eat when the price is right. I doubt they were even that hungry, they just couldn't pass up a good deal. Can't blame them I guess.

Rob and Aidan go to Indy!

Rob and Aidan went to the Colts game in Indianapolis. They took a flight out on Saturday and went to the game on Sunday. Luckily, the hotel was withing walking distance to the stadium. The Colts won, so that made the trip even better.

Tessa played volleyball for the first time this year. She had a great season and thinks she will play again next year. I never realized how fun it is to watch a game of volleyball. Go AHS!
